Product Returns

We understand that sometimes things go wrong, and being given a fast and efficient response to product issues is very important. If you have an item that you wish to return, we need your help. Please get in touch with us, and let us know as much information as possible about the nature of the issue and how we can help. We will then issue you with a GRN number and ask that you complete the following returns form:

For items that require to be returned to the original manufacturer for inspection and repair there is an initial standard up front fee of £100* to cover the carriage costs for returning to the item to the relevant factory, and to cover the supplier's inspection fee. Once the goods have been inspected by the supplier, we will issue a inspection summary report and will advise of the relevant costs for repair. This will typically take 2-3 weeks.

If the goods are deemed to be covered under warranty, the £100 fee will be reimbursed and the goods will be repaired and returned free of charge. Repair timescales will be advised, which will depend upon product/manufacturer.

* Some fees may be higher depending upon product type and supplier investigation charges.

Once you have been issued with a GRN number, please complete the above GRN form and return it with the goods to the following address:
