Modern offices are being constructed for office employees, in addition to electronics production, with high-tech machines for the production of printed circuit boards. SIKO has always attached great importance to ergonomic assembly and office workstations and this new plant is no different, A separate cafeteria for the employees as well as electric charging columns for e-mobility in the company car park will round off this exciting project. The electricity filling stations are supplied with green electricity in an environmentally sustainable manner via a large-scale photovoltaic system.
The customer structure of SIKO is very diversified. SIKO measuring and positioning technology can be found in many industrial sectors such as packaging machines for efficient format settings, in the production automation of leading mobile phone manufacturers and in construction machines due to the required of feedback and safety.
Managing Director Sven Wischnewski explained that Bad Krozingen was selected thanks to its logistically attractive location in the business part "Am Krozinger Weg" as well as consistently positive communication with those responsible locally. Sven Wischnewski: “The location close to the highway and the connection to public transport have been just as important to us in our selection as the willingness always to listen to our concerns and the very good flexibility of our negotiating partners in the city of Bad Krozingen. It just fit perfectly for us.”
SIKO operates worldwide and has subsidiaries in Switzerland, Italy, China, Singapore and the USA. SIKO is already planning wisely for the future to take account of global growth.
